Congratulations to the above nine teams, who now commence a hectic four weeks of preparation for the weekend competition commencing on Friday 20th November at Eynsham Hall, Oxfordshire.
The judges expressly noted the extremely high standard of entries this year. In making the very difficult decision of choosing the final nine teams (and reserve team), the selectors took a long look at the overall abilities of each team and their experience. The panel were looking for teams with a balanced spread of professional disciplines, including those with contractual, building services, site management and architectural capabilities.
Judges also noted the generally high standard of presentation and communication displayed by all entries, in producing truly professional pre-qualification documents.
All teams who competed in the first (pre-qual) stage received personal feedback and certificates confirming their completion of 6 hours' CPD traning as a result of participating in the competition.
