Lawyer Richard Craven, of Mayer Brown International LLP gave an excellent talk to a a number of the competitors of the 2009 Teambuild on 4th February 2010. After an introduction to contract law, he guided the multidisciplinary group through construction project procurement and responsibilities for fitness for purpose and due care and diligence. He has very kindly offered to do a further evening on contract matters if, and when requested.
