"Having been a Judge for the weekend, what struck me the most was how the respective teams' dynamics changed over the duration of the project.
One person stated that in preparing for the weekend they learnt how their own practice operated in gaining information for their initial Masterplan.
Those who had only minimal time together got stronger whilst others wavered.
However, all gained by the experience. The team spirit and competitive nature of all was evident to see, together with their integrated approach to resolving the challenges set.
It's a must for future teams to enter and to provide an integrated solution.
