The competition

Teambuild is a unique training event. It is a cross-disciplinary construction competition, held over a weekend in November every year. The competition is sponsored by and held in high regard by all the major Industry Institutions.

The Competition is based on a real project, usually a mixed development, inner city brownfield site. The site client often provides a judge or a representative who attends the competition.

There are nine judges who rotate one at a time at each Stage. The Working Party members attend the weekend and are there to help, advise and encourage teams when necessary and to hand out questions or tasks set by the judges at certain Stages.
