Teambuild is a construction industry event with an ambition to enhance collaboration and
leadership skills for the future success of the sector.
Teambuild provides an unparalleled experience. Working in multi-disciplinary teams,
participants will learn the art of seamless communication as they plan, design and develop a
large, high profile construction project.
Throughout this fast-paced and challenging weekend, teams will develop new leadership
skills. It’s here that the leaders of tomorrow come together to work with, and compete against,
some of the most talented young professionals from design consultants, contractors,
manufacturers, lawyers and owners.
