FICTIONAL SCENARIO
Following your design teams successful proposal for the temporary pavilion (see below)St. Edward Homes have asked your Design Team to prepare a proposal for the site management compound for Phase 6A works. This will be presented during a workshop with the preferred principal contractors. Your proposal should take into consideration a phasing strategy for the Phase 6A build works allowing for public access to both Green Park Station and the adjacent temporary pavilion.
The vision behind the temporary pavilion is to provide a public facing attraction working in concert with the sales and marketing team and is based on positive experience from other major developments. It is proposed to provide a small restaurant / bistro in the pavilion to be run by leading chefs on a 4 week rotation during the construction period. The temporary pavilion will be situated adjacent to the new railway station.
